overwhelming, especially if you do not have dental insurance to help offset the costs of treatment. At Maxus Dental, Doctor Adams works to offer patients different options for their care and we offer different payment options so that patients can afford their treatment.
Maxus Dental has financing available: MORE Credit Card and/or Care Credit with Zero interest for up to 12 months (subject to approval).
We offer a VIP membership plan for our patients who do not have insurance coverage. Our VIP Membership plan offers 100% preventative care PLUS 15% off all other dental care. We want our patients to not only receive the best care available, but also to be able to afford that care, so we designed this affordable dental care plan!
VIP Membership Plan
Our VIP Membership Plan helps you afford dental care if you don’t have insurance. We have three different membership options, from a child membership for those 12 and under to a more extensive Perio membership for those who’ve got periodontal needs and require more frequent cleanings and dental attention. Each membership option has a monthly fee which has a savings of several hundred dollars each year over the cost of individual treatment options included in each plan.
Perio Membership
- $64 per month
- Perio maintenance cleanings (3-4 per year)
- Fluoride (2 per year)
- Dental exams (1-2 per year)
- Required x-rays

Adult Membership
- $36 per month
- Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
